Beseri (“the app”) helps you plan your free time. This policy explains what data the app uses, why, and what you can do about it. The app is provided by [your full name or company], [address] (“we”). Contact: contact@beseri.app.
What we collect and why

We do not sell your data, we do not show ads and the app contains no advertising or analytics trackers.
Services we use
To answer a search, our servers ask the services below. They receive the coordinates of the search (rounded) and the search terms, never your name or email:
- Supabase (hosting of accounts and our server functions) · Google Sign-In (only if you choose it)

- Brevo (sending account emails such as confirmation and password reset)
Links to ticket sellers, hotels (Booking.com) or maps open those services under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can see and change your data in the app, export it on request, and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). Under the GDPR you may also ask for access, correction, restriction or portability of your data, and you may complain to your data protection authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP; in Austria: Datenschutzbehörde).
Children
The app is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.

Nu vindem datele tale, nu afișăm reclame, iar aplicația nu conține trackere de publicitate sau de analiză.
Servicii pe care le folosim
Ca să răspundă unei căutări, serverele noastre întreabă serviciile de mai jos. Ele primesc coordonatele căutării (rotunjite) și termenii căutați, niciodată numele sau emailul tău:

- Brevo (trimiterea emailurilor de cont: confirmare, resetarea parolei)
Linkurile spre vânzători de bilete, hoteluri (Booking.com) sau hărți deschid acele servicii, care au propriile politici de confidențialitate.
Drepturile tale
Îți poți vedea și schimba datele în aplicație, le poți cere exportate și îți poți șterge contul oricând (vezi Ștergerea contului). Conform GDPR poți cere și acces, rectificare, restricționare sau portabilitate și poți depune plângere la autoritatea de protecție a datelor (în România: ANSPDCP; în Austria: Datenschutzbehörde).
Copii
Aplicația nu este destinată copiilor sub 16 ani și nu colectăm cu știință datele lor.
Modificări
Dacă politica se schimbă, actualizăm data de mai sus, iar pentru schimbări importante te anunțăm în aplicație.
